Peeha has been enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi since 2019 after attaining her BA LL.B degree from O.P. Jindal Global University, Sonepat. She has an extensive knowledge and experience in the field of Real Estate Regulatory Authority, 2016 (RERA) in the states of Delhi, Rajasthan, Haryana and Himachal Pradesh. She has good experience of working with the offices of an Advocate on Record (AOR) and has drafting and representation of several Petitions for various forums including Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, Appellate Tribunal, and other quasi-judicial forums.

Peeha is currently practicing under the ambit of litigation under Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 (FEMA), Prohibition of Benami Property Transaction Act, 1988 (PBPT) along with Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 (PMLA), and is actively involved in drafting of pleadings and representations.
