Gunjan has proficiency in PBPT, FEMA, PMLA and prosecution in these areas. She has been frequently appearing before the various Courts of India, Tribunals, and other authorities to represent the clients. Her work essentially involves drafting of Appeals, Writs, Replies/ Submissions, and other compliances after detailed discussions with the client as well as within the internal team members.

Formerly, she worked around Income Tax Act and Sales Tax after completing her degree in law where she was responsible of taking care of return filing, assessments, re-assessments, registrations, refunds etc.
She is enrolled with Bar Council of Delhi since 2004 after completing her LL.B. and also holds a Master’s degree in Law.
