Benami Law as contained in the Prohibition of Benami Property Transactions Act, 1988 (PBPT)

1- Legal Advisory for clarity on the applicability of PBPT provisions on given transactions and properties under challenge in different types of situations.

2- Legal Advisory, Preparation and Drafting of the Replies and Representation in the Proceedings initiated u/s 19 and u/s 21 of the PBPT Act by the Initiating Officer of the Benami Prohibition Unit of the Income Tax Department (BPU).
