2- Legal Advisory, Preparation and Drafting of the Replies and Representation in the Proceedings initiated u/s 19 and u/s 21 of the PBPT Act by the Initiating Officer of the Benami Prohibition Unit of the Income Tax Department (BPU).

3- Legal Advisory, Preparation and Drafting of the Replies and Representation in the Proceedings launched by the BPU by issuing Show Cause Notices u/s 24(1) and/or passing of the Provisional Attachment Orders u/s 24(3) of the PBPT Act.
