Abhishek holds an integrated B.A. LL.B. degree from VIPS, GGSIPU, and further enhanced his academic credentials by completing an LL.M. with a specialization in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) from GGSIPU, Dwarka, Delhi, in 2024. Enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi, he is also an esteemed member of the Delhi High Court Bar Association,Young ICCA and CIArb, reflecting his active engagement in the legal fraternity.

Abhishek’s expertise lies in navigating complex legal landscapes, particularly in matters governed by the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) and the Prohibition of Benami Property Transactions Act (PBPTA). Additionally, his proficiency extends to the nuanced domain of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, including arbitration. His practice is marked by regular appearances before various legal and regulatory forums, including the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, the Hon’ble Appellate Tribunal, District Courts, and other judicial and administrative authorities.
