Established as a lawyer in Delhi NCR for last more than 38 years. Primarily practicing as a Litigation Lawyer handling cases involving Civil, Criminal & Constitutional Laws. His main focus has been on the Economic & Commercial Laws, such as proceedings and prosecutions under Prevention of Money Laundering Act, Companies Act, Prevention of Corruption Act, Prohibition of Benami Properties Act, Income Tax Act etc. He holds a Graduate Degree from the prestigious Hansraj College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the renowned Campus Law Center, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi.

He has also taken up many issues concerning the public good and his efforts for establishment of propriety in civic administration through the process of judicial review have resulted in benefits to vide sections of the society.

He has been a commentator on diverse legal and social issues and has participated as a panellist in more than 1000 Television and more than 400 Radio talks/ panel discussions over last 26 years.

He has delivered lectures on various legal subjects to Lawyers, Government Officials including Income Tax Commissioners, Chartered Accountants, lawyers & Students at various forums across the country including almost every major city such as Delhi, Noida, Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Lucknow, Chandigarh, Kolkata etc.

He has regularly given words to his ideas and analysis on various legal topics and have penned them down in the shape of large number of articles and commentaries which have been published regularly in various News Papers and Magazines including Times of India, Hindustan Times, Navbharat Times, Pioneer, Indian Express, Asian Age, Tribune, Amar Ujala, Dainik Bhaskar, Rashtriya Sahara, Nai Dunia, G-files, Lex Witness, Legal Notes, The Correspondent, 4th D etc.

Some important Professional Milestones of importance –

• He presented RESEARCH PAPER before the Standing Committee of Parliament, consisting of more than 32 MPs, on proposed Criminal Laws Amendments.
• He represented three Bar Associations of Delhi namely, New Delhi Bar Association, Dwarka Court Bar Association and Rohini Court Bar Association in a Petition challenging the illegal Amendment to the Court Fee Act, by which the Court Fee was increased by the Delhi Government in 2012, to the extent of 4 to 10 times. The said amendment was quashed by the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi on 9th October, 2013. This matter also involved important constitutional issues.
• He had taken up the matter of the cancellation of District Gautam Budh Nagar (Noida) done by the Uttar Pradesh Government for Judicial Review and got the status of Gautam Budh Nagar restored as District through High Court & Supreme Court. The matter involved important constitutional issues.
• He had challenged the illegal computerized draw of lots conducted by the Uttar Pradesh Government in court and got the same cancelled and got a manual re-draw of lots conducted through High Court & Supreme Court. This matter also involved important constitutional issues.
• He represented Noida Entrepreneur Association against the ban imposed by the National Green Tribunal on the establishment of new industries in Noida for ensuring pollution free environment in Noida. We/He? succeeded in getting the Ban lifted and getting directions for comprehensive & holistic development.
• Apart from above he has undertaken large number of cases, which have made headlines and have contributed to development of law.

Apart from above, he has extensive exposure and have conducted wide variety of cases, including civil, criminal and constitutional, in the Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi & various other High Courts, Tribunals and District Courts of the country representing a large number of cases of several descriptions including Writs, Special Leave Petitions, Suits, Complaints, Arbitration matters & trials of diverse nature.

He has also received many awards from various organizations. Prominent among them being ‘Navratna Puraskar’ by a consortium of large number of NGO’s for exemplary service to the Society and ‘Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar Nyay Puraskar’. He was also awarded ‘Pride of Noida’ award by certain NGOs. He was also honored by the Lions Club of India for social service rendered. Apart from this a large number of organizations including Bar Associations & bodies of Chartered Accountants have recognized and honored him for his legal acumen.
