Dr R.N. Dash, a former IRS Officer and was also a former Acting Chairman and Member of the Appellate Tribunal under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act.

Dr Dash is also a former Director General of International Taxation with the Income Tax Department and has wide experience in policy making for the Government where he worked for over four decades and made significant contributions. Dr Dash brings a wealth of experience spanning nearly half a century which enriches every discussion and debate.

He is currently practicing as lawyer rendering advisory services in Anti-Money Laundering matters, FEMA, Black Money Act, Corporate and other allied subjects. He has given his deliberations at various forums all over the country on variety of topics in his above said subjects.
