Akshita Sharma holds a B.B.A. LL.B. from JIMS, GGSIPU, and an LL.M. in Corporate Law (2024). She is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi and is a member of the Supreme Court Bar Association and the Delhi High Court Bar Association. Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Criminal Law, her practice focuses on matters under the Prohibition of Benami Property Transactions Act (PBPT) and the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), with regular appearances before the Appellate Tribunal.
