Divyansh is a registered member of the Bar Council of Delhi and an alumnus of Jindal Global Law School (JGLS). He specializes in matters arising under the Income Tax Act, Black Money Act, Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 (PMLA) and the Prohibition of Benami Property Transactions Act, 1988 (PBPTA). He regularly represents and advises clients before the Hon’ble ITAT, Appellate Tribunal and various judicial and regulatory authorities, with a focus on complex enforcement and regulatory proceedings.
