Harsh Bhushan is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi and holds an integrated B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from the Institute of Law, Nirma University. He practises in matters under the PBPT Act and the PMLA, and regularly appears before the Hon’ble Appellate Tribunal and other judicial and regulatory authorities.
